With more than a decade of experience in business operation, business process design, platform development, and integral psychology, Lily has been instrumental in facilitating and growing the work of the world's leading adult and leadership development theorists and practitioners, incl. Dr. Susanne Cook-Greuter, Beena Sharma, and Dr Paddy Pampallis. Lily's background includes a postgraduate degree in Integral Psychology and a degree in Business Administration from JFKU in California. Having trained under the guidance of some of the world's leading experts in each field, she is a certified Integral U coach and UX professional, and trained in Leadership Maturity Coaching, Polarity Wisdom facilitation, Holacracy facilitation, and Dr. Monica Sharma's Leadership for Sustainable Change. Throughout her career, Lily has held various leadership roles (including serving in the COO capacity at the Center for Leadership Maturity, and filling the role of Business Process & Platform Lead at Vertical Development Academy), showcasing her expertise in business process design, UI/UX research and design, marketing strategy, and organisational development. Lily is a creative force behind LeadershipMaturity.ai's innovative platform. Passionate about humane technology and the intersection of inner and outer worlds, Lily combines a relentless curiosity in exploring what was considered impossible with a practical approach to user needs and organisational capabilities, continually pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in human and leadership development. Her academic and professional journey is interwoven with her inner development. She has followed the Diamond Approach since 2009, and explored modalities that explore human-and-non-human relationships such as Ecotherapy.

Dr. Cook-Greuter (EdD Harvard) is one of the pioneers of adult development. Sharing with us 4 decades of her experience, she has advised us on scoring method, and articulation of presentation of our new findings. Dr. Susanne Cook-Greuter Chief K nowledge Advisor LinkedIn Profile Dr. Cook-Greuter (EdD Harvard) is one of the pioneers of adult development. After 4 decades of research, training and teaching Ego Development Theory (EDT) and its application to leadership development and coaching, she is now focusing on mentoring researchers, practitioners, startups, and writing. She has contributed significantly to the fields of adult development and leadership maturity, including refining and expanding Loevinger’s EDT to include post-autonomous ego stages, adding a deep linguistic perspective and clearer structure-content distinctions, and systematising the practical application of EDT based on her Integral Sentence Completion Test (SCTi), later renamed to Maturity Assessment for Professionals (MAP). Since 1980, Dr. Cook-Greuter has analysed more than 11,000 MAP assessments in more than 200 different academic and business contexts. Her theory and assessment instrument are the backbone of the LeadershipMaturity.ai framework. She resides in New England, the USA, with her family. She relishes her time spent with her partner, children and grandchildren. Currently, she is writing a book on ego development theory from a perspective that includes an appreciation of non-WEIRD definitions of what it means to be a person in Indigenous cultures. She hopes to contribute even more to the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), a subset of the UN's Sustainable development goals (SDGs), and to the Human Flourishing Research project at Harvard.
